ProSuite OS
Quick Help — Account and Sign-in
Quick Start Guide
Thank you for subscribing to ProSuite OS. You're joining a platform built on one simple idea: your job search deserves a real operating system, not just another list of listings.
ProSuite OS is deliberately not a job board. You already find roles you're interested in elsewhere — LinkedIn, a company careers page, a recruiter email. What ProSuite OS does is help you act on those opportunities with evidence, precision and less guesswork:
- Understand how well you truly fit a role before you apply
- Tailor your resume using your own verified experience — never invented facts
- Prepare for interviews using the same evidence that got you shortlisted
- Track applications, contacts and follow-ups in one connected place
Getting Started
- Visit prosuiteos.com and enter the email address you wish to subscribe with.
- A confirmation email will be sent to that address. Follow the link inside it to confirm your email and finish signing up — this reopens the ProSuite OS welcome screen.
- Click Enter ProSuite OS and give the same email ID you used to register.
- Click Send Verification Code — a secure 8-digit one-time code will land in your inbox within moments.
- Enter the 8-digit code on the Verify OTP screen. Didn't get it in time? Use Resend after the short cooldown.
- That's it — you're successfully logged in to ProSuite OS.
- Complete your User Profile: click your username / email ID in the bottom-left corner of the Career Daily screen. This is the foundation everything else builds on. Upload your source resume and fill in your professional details.
- Bring your first job description into Smart Apply and run a fit analysis — this is where ProSuite OS starts earning its keep.
- Explore Career Daily, your home screen, to see your tasks, upcoming events and recent activity in one view.
Tip: ProSuite OS signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email — no password to remember, and nothing to reuse or leak. Your Profile stays private and only feeds your own AI-powered analyses; nothing you enter is used to fabricate facts on your resume or in interview prep.
